WHERE IS BALLOON EMPYRE LOCATED?
Beautiful State of Colorado! We work by delivery and on-site installation in the greater Denver Metro Area. At this point we don't have a storefront shop that you can visit, since almost everything we create requires a lot of room for transport!
WHAT BEST WAY TO ORDER?
By filling out the quote request form here on the website. Balloon decorations are designed and customized for each client's specific needs, we work via email by exchanging photos and will only discuss pricing in writing. Both parties can review order details at any time, versus a conversation over the phone where words can get easily lost. We can provide quick responses through email while at other events or after-hours.
WILL BALLOON EMPYRE DO SITE VISITS?
Online quotes are free. If you'd like us to do a site visit before your event it will be subject to a consultation fee.
HOW FAR OUT SHOULD I BOOK DECORATION FOR MY EVENT?
As soon as possible. Some months are busier than others, and event decorations are first come first serve. A deposit of 50% of total order must be made in order to hold the event date and total due must be consolidated 10 days prior to your event.
DO YOU CHARGE TO DELIVER, SET UP OR REMOVAL & TAKE DOWN?
Yes, the delivery fee will vary depending on size of order & delivery area. We charge additional fees if we need to hang, install or use our frames or backdrops for example. Removal fee or take down of our frames, rentals will vary by order size.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES BALLOON EMPYRE ACCEPT?
Once the service is booked, an invoice will be sent out. Clients can pay online directly through the invoice with a credit/debit card. If other payment arrangements by cash or company check need to be made, it can also be arranged.
WHAT IS BALLOON EMPYRE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are final. We take action promptly after a client books an event by ordering supplies and reserving the time/date for decoration. Client may cancel an order 30 days or more prior to event date and will be eligible only for a credit on next event equal to monies paid. Orders less than 30 days from the event date are not eligible for cancellation. Balloon Empyre does not provide refunds on any order.
HOW LONG ARE BALLOONS GUARANTEED TO LAST?
We use the best quality balloons.
We have had some decorations last for over a month!
However, we cannot guarantee how long the balloons will last once delivery or set up is complete. Life of balloons will vary depending on care, environment & other variables including mishandling. We are not responsible for popped balloons once they are no longer in our care.
Store balloons in a cool, dry environment out of direct sunlight and away from air conditioning.
Balloon care tips:
When ordering outdoor installations, a shaded area is always recommended. Direct sunlight may cause balloons to expand and pop. Same with indoors, if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows.
Low temperatures below 60° may cause helium molecules to shrink, reducing the size and float time of balloons. Outdoors or Indoors with AC in the direction of the balloons.
Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen).
Do not release balloons outdoors! Power failures can result if these balloons become entangled in electric lines and are harmful to animals.
LATEX BALLOON WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
Children can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Balloon Empyre is not liable for popped balloons once they are no longer in our care.
DOES BALLOON EMPYRE OFFER BALLOON RELEASE SERVICES?
Absolutely not! We also strongly discourage our clients doing balloon releases.
*We offer Green Clean-Up as a service to our clients. We properly dispose of our beautiful balloons, pick up and re-use the framing, supports and re-purpose certain decorative items to reduce the amount of objects that go into the landfill. Releasing them into the atmosphere, we wouldn't have control over where in the world they may end up.
We recommend that our clients specify if they would like this service after an event when booking.
We source quality materials & use creativity to arrange them with care for life's special occasions.
We do not support or condone, nor will we facilitate the deliberate release of balloons.
